Full home inspection to the ASHI Standards

Limited Scope Inspection

• Inspection is limited to the system or systems of your choice.
• Prices starting at $60

Home Check Up

• Home Check Up is a maintenance inspection for current home owners and is not for use in a real estate transaction. The ASHI standards are not followed, but the inspection gives the homeowner a "punch list" of maintenance items.
• $120

Commercial Inspections

• Call for a quote

Radon Testing

• Electronic CRM 2 day test approved by the EPA for real estate transactions using EPA approved radon monitors.
• $120 without a home inspection.
