If the cost of your home inspection is your main concern, it shouldn't be. Not all inspectors, inspections or inspection reports are the same. The easiest way to determine if the home inspector is right for you is by viewing their Previously Owned Home Sample Report or New Home Sample Report. It does you no good to spend $25 less if you cannot read the inspection report or you don't know what the home inspector is referring to in the inspection report.


Also, many home inspectors charge extra for decks, balconies, detached garages, multiple HVAC systems, kitchen and laundry appliances, and age or price of the home.  We don't.  We have no hidden fees.

Finished square footage will be verified by the MLS description.


Emailing or texting is the worst way to contact us. Due to real estate contingency limitations it is important for you to speak with us directly. Emails or text may take several hours to respond to as phone calls take priority.


Please make sure you have a signed purchase agreement with the seller before contacting us.  After contacting us to to schedule an inspection we will immediately contact the seller to arrainge access to the property.  Sellers tend to get upset if we try to schedule an inspection of the property before the seller has agreed to sell it to you.

When placing your inspection order please provide us with the following information:

  • Property address
  • Your name, phone number and email address
  • Your agent's name, phone number and email address
  • The listing agents name and company
  • Finished square footage of the home
  • The end date of your contingency period (needed for scheduling radont tests)
  • The date and time you'd like the inspection (please have multiple dates/times in mind as we book on a first come first served basis)
  • If the property is a condo please provide the number of bedrooms
